Wafer Holders for Wafers with a Flat; 1 – 8″

Seven wafer holders for diameters varying from 1″-8″ are available.
Made of aluminum with brass clips.
Each wafer holder has two fixed clips and one spring-loaded clip to secure the wafer on the holder (stainless steel pegs on the 25mm (1″) holder).
Cut-outs are provided for easy wafer removal (except for 5″).

The 1″ Wafer Holder uses two fixed tapered cones and one spring loaded tapered cone to hold the wafer.
Extended Button (15372-10) is needed when used with the Dovetail Stage Adapters (15371 or 15397).
