Suitable for single and dual rotary vane pumps from VRL, Edwards, Alcatel, Adixen, Varian, Agilent, Leybold, Oerlikon, Sargent-Welch, Ulvac, Ilmvac, and other brands. Indefinite shelf life when stored in unopened container at ambient temperatures out of direct sunlight.
