SEAL N FREEZE BOX

The SEAL N FREEZE BOX is intended for the cryogenic freezing (also known as snap or flash freezing) of animal tissue samples for use in cryostat sectioning.
Maximize your efficiency by using the SEAL N FREEZECRYOTRAY with the compact SEAL N FREEZE BOX, which allows for convenient hands-free freezing.

The SEAL N FREEZE BOX allows users to freeze up to four samples simultaneously when used with SEAL N FREEZE CRYOTRAY inserts.
The box s stainless steel case and foam lining ensures optimal temperature control throughout the freezing process. Its small, compact size ensures easy storage.

For the freezing media, liquid nitrogen or a slurry of dry ice and alcohol may be used in the SEAL N FREEZE BOX.

Warnings:

• Only properly trained users should handle cryogenic freezing media such as liquid nitrogen and dry ice.
• Use the SEAL N FREEZE BOX on a level surface only to prevent tipping.
• Never allow the freezing media to come in contact with skin. Ensure that the proper Cryo Safety Gear is used when handling the freezing media:
  • cryo gloves
  • apron
  • safety glasses or face shield.
