PELCO Secondary Antibody Gold Conjugates for Light & Electron Microscopy

Our new line of PELCO gold secondary antibody conjugates are precisely engineered to give uniform gold spheres with a narrow size distribution.

• We currently offer conjugates with gold particle sizes ranging from 5nm to 40nm.
• The host species is goat and the target species are rabbit, mouse, and rat.
• The gold particle is coupled to either a whole IgG antibody or to a F(ab )2 fragment. The F(ab )2 fragment allows for deeper tissue penetration and causes less non-specific binding as whole IgG, which gives a better signal.
