Designed for resin polymerization using the 36131 or 36131-2 Capsule Holders in the PELCO BioWave Microwave Tissue Processor

During microwave-assisted resin polymerization the microwave polymerization system is placed on the Microwave Polymerization Stand on the PELCO ColdSpot Pro.
The tray is filled with water to cover the 36131 or 36131-2 capsule holders.

The insulator pad is placed on the surface of the water and the lid placed on the tray.
There are two holes in the lid so that the temperature probe can be inserted on either side to monitor heating rates.

This new system controls the rate of heating and the temperature maximum (100 C) without the loss of water during the polymerization process.

Microwave wattage will control the heating rate which ensures a quality polymerization each run.
