These beveled pin stubs are used to mount the sample for the automated serial-sectioning of a block face inside the Gatan 3View system.
The top beveled surface where the sample is mounted comes in two sizes 1.4mm (#16950-1) and 2.4mm (#16950-5).
The stem on the pin is 2mm in diameter and the overall pin length is 12.5mm.
