Controlled Purge System, 800-CPS
The Controlled Purge System maintains positive pressure in any of PL desiccator cabinets.
This self regulating Purge System controls nitrogen (inert) gas consumption by regulating flow rate.
An integral pressure sensor continually monitors chamber pressure level.
If the pressure inside the chamber falls below the adjustable setpoint, the controller opens the inert gas supply valve.
Once the desired pressure has been restored, the controller closes the valve.
The gas flow rate can be adjusted via the flow meter on the front of the control box.
Basic features of the unit include: programmable logic controller, pressure sensor, black Noryl housing, flow meter for inert gas, solenoid valve, and push-to-seal fittings for gas line and chamber connections.
