AutoProbe 300 & 400 Probe Tips for the FEI Helios Front Port
Custom probe tips for the Omniprobe AutoProbe 300/400 systems with a reduced collar diameter to accomodate the 50 elevation angle on the FEI Helios front port systems.
Tungsten tip with stainless steel shank, smaller collar, tip radius is 0.5 m with an 8-10 taper angle.
