Following multiple requests from our customers, we are pleased to offer an extension to our popular Silicon Nitride product line. The new X-Ray Windows feature larger frames and apertures and are made to the same strict specifications as our TEM Silicon Nitride products.
They are ideal substrates for x-ray microscopy and x-ray spectroscopy experiments.
Currently available in 10mm and 5mm frame size with single square or octagonal 0.5mm, 1mm, or 2mm windows.
Silicon nitride film thickness offered in 50, 100 or 200nm.
