1.4nm Nanogold Secondary Antibody & Streptavidin Conjugates
These 1.4 nm gold conjugates can be used for several different microscopy applications such as pre-embedding and post-embedding EM, labeling ultrathin cryosections, and correlative light and electron microscopy.
There are several advantages to using these small conjugates, they are able to penetrate up to 40 m into cell and tissue sections, they can reach more antigens which give better labeling, and they can be viewed directly in the TEM without silver enhancement.
In addition to this, they give minimal background and they can be enhanced with silver and viewed in the light microscope.
