PELCO Diamond Lapping Film offers a repeatable, precision finish on extremely hard materials.
The diamond particles are coated onto 3 mil (0.08mm) thick polyester film that is either plain or PSA backed.
Particle sizes from 30 microns down to 0.1 micron are offered to cover most common applications.
Applications: carbides, ceramics, high-hardness metals, fiber optic connectors, magnetic heads
