QUANTIFOIL with hexagonal holes
This type of QUANTIFOIL has been specially developed for the support of serial thin sections.
It is an optimum between mechanical stability on the one hand, and provides background-free area on the other.
The foil is thin enough to be able to interpret the parts of the sections which lie on the bar.
