Mini Pin Stubs
Mini pin stubs are ideal for small samples or parts which need to be examined individually.
Takes less space with a head diameter of 6.5mm, small samples are easier to locate and it is a low cost alternative for the standard 12.7mm pin stub.
Available with the standard 3.2mm pin in two lengths: most common 9.5mm length for many SEM’s and shorter 6.25mm for ZEISS/LEO SEM’s.
This mini pin stub is available in three materials:
- Aluminum – for standard imaging applications
- opper – for Cryo and heating stage applications
- Stainless Steel (18-8) – as a non-corrosive and cleaner alternative for environmental SEM’s and FESEM
