We have succeeded in realizing CLS (Custom Logical Safe) Control System that is designed for the best convenience and safety for the user. This means the device is adjustable with a logical safety mechanism specific for this equipment. The system is designed for safe working of heating-type equipment under specific circumstances ( eg laboratories with flammable substances) requiring perfect theram safety. The logic and construction of the safety device is of the highest level. Auto-tuning allows the user to fine tune PID temperature control accuracy/response across a narrow range close to a set point.

Bias function to recalibrate or re-adjust temperature measurement sensor that may "run/deviate" over a period of time. Ideal for analytical laboratory and general chemical and biological work including baking, drying, sterilization, conditioning, preheating and curing. PID-A temperature control assures accurate temperature regulation while digital set guarantees repeating settings. Touch-sensitive membrane keypad with digital displays you to set temperature easily. Heating elements located in the chamber bottom are shield by a later of stainless providing protection from spillage and overheating. Doube-wall constuction and fully insulated chamber maximise energy efficiency allows oven's exterior to remain cool to touch. Thick insulation keeps temperature accuracy +/- 1 degrees C at 100 degrees C.

Forced convection models provide more uniform heating throughout oven which means better temperature control and faster drying. Fan speed adjuster is optional. Optional viewing glass window lets you easily view samples. Standard wired stainless steel shelves are adjustable and slide out for easy clean up. Exterior cabinet is constructed with a double coated layer of paint and baked steel plate. Chamber is easy to clean stainless steel SIROCCO FAN ensures good mixing and dispersion of heated air flow with chamber.

Digital Controller has RS-232 interface for full remote PC control that can monitor temperature control and print graph of temperature and condition. (standard accessories: software (CD) and cable.)
